UPDATE: The Oliver RCMP and a Search and Rescue team have found an Oliver woman that was reported missing earlier today.
Valerie Gough was located at 6 p.m. this evening.
Corporal Christina Tarasoff from the Oliver RCMP said due to the sensitivity of this incident, no further details will be released.

The Oliver RCMP are asking for the public’s help to find a 66-year-old Oliver resident, Valerie Gough.
Valerie was reported missing to the Oliver RCMP on Monday at 12:30 p.m. and was last seen in the Gallagher Lake area at approximately 8:30 a.m.
Valarie was wearing a white t-shirt with “I Walk for Cancer” on the front and black pants with a purple strip down the side.
She has grey hair, brown eyes, is 5’1 and approximately 120 lbs.
If anyone sees Valarie, they are asked to call 911.
Anyone with information about her location, or who can confirm her wellbeing, is asked to call Oliver Detachment at 250-498-3422.
