February 22, 1931 – February 21, 2025

In a quiet & peaceful way, on February 21, 2025, Addy smiled and gently took her last breath while surrounded by her children Janet, Paul & Lisa.  She was at peace, knowing she was not alone and had loving arms waiting to receive her.

She is survived by her children Carole (Mark) Savard, Janet (Dave) Renaud, Paul (Judy) Renaud, Lisa (Mike) Renaud & Rob Donnelly, Joanne (Neil) Pinder. Grandchildren Kaare, Ericka, Aaron, Katherine, Anthony, Anne, Kelli, Benjamin & numerous great grandchildren. Addy was previously deceased by her husband Bob (Robert) Donnelly.

Addy & Bob met & were married in Calgary, then moved to Osoyoos in 1974, buying an orchard and embarking on a new life. They enjoyed fruit farming, gardening and many outdoor activities.  A favorite daily activity was heading to the beach late afternoon, for a sit in the sun by the lake.  Many animals were always part of their lives, living the good life with them.

Addy was a member of the CWL & the ladies Auxiliary of the Elks.  She enjoyed many years of volunteering, alongside Bob.  They were regularly working the Elks Bingo, with Addy in the concession; Bob the soundman.  Addy enjoyed many years of playing cards, at both the Elks Hall & Seniors Center.  Addy & Bob were also involved with the Curling Club & Bonspiels & were seen at many a dance, kicking up their heels. They enjoyed many years of travel in their motorhome, both locally & Arizona way.

Celebrations of life will be held in Osoyoos, during the summer of 2025. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to charity of your choice.
