Al Schultz passed away on February 12, 2025 at the age of 97, knowing he was loved by all his family and friends.

He will be remembered by his daughters, Valerie (Mike), Nadine (Gord); grandchildren, Travis (Michelle), Corey (Roxelane), Mason (Olivia), Reece (Miguel), Sierra (Nate); great-grandchildren, Parker, Emerson, Owen, Youna and Iris.

He is sadly predeceased by his wife, Yvonne and son, Russell.

Dad/Grandpa/Great Grandpa/Al will always be remembered for his immense love of his family, his huge welcoming hugs, his booming enthusiasm for all sporting events, especially if a grandchild was involved, unconditional love, heart of gold, strength, his love for teasing those grandkids, acceptance of everyone into his family circle. A truly magnetic personality and his huge love was felt by everyone who ever met him.

A service to celebrate his amazing life and remember everything he brought to our lives will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. at Valley Congregational Church (4312 Black Sage Road, Oliver, BC) with Pastor Steve Hershey officiating. A reception will follow in the church hall.
