The “Canada Day Warm-Up Party” at the Watermark Beach Resort on Saturday saw a full-house of fireworks supporters with the event raising over $12,000 for the annual fireworks event at the end of Canada Day/Cherry Fiesta.
Organized by the Osoyoos Festival Society the event featured a silent auction which along with ticket sales, 50-50 draw, and donations helped push the fireworks fundraising effort close to its goal.
