It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our mom, Donneva (Donnie) Heaven. She passed away peacefully Monday, October 23rd at Penticton Regional Hospital. Donnie was predeceased by her high school sweetheart, Art, and is survived by her daughters Daylene and Shandra (Chris) and her five grandchildren: Caitlyn, Marissa, Lyndsy, Carter and Emily. Donnie took great pride in her grandchildren, their accomplishments, and their lives.

Through her love for curling and her time spent at the club, she met many wonderful lifetime friends and made lasting memories at the bonspiels they attended. Her cheerful attitude and bright smile will be missed, while her love and passion will live on through the lives of her family for years to come.

At Mom’s wishes a family gathering will be held at Christina Lake. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donating to the Oliver Curling Club in her name.
