Nobody, absolutely nobody should have to worry about getting a parking ticket when at a hospital seeking help.
Shame on Penticton when after receiving the multi-million dollar gift from David Kampe the stewards of the city found it necessary to do another tax grab against those that are vulnerable by slapping on a parking fee. Shame on you and shame on the council. What in God’s name were you thinking?
A serious lack of goodwill at its finest. This single action has left a scar on this good man’s philanthropy work.
