The RCMP are looking for a suspect who robbed the Oliver 7-Eleven store early this morning.
The robbery was reported by an employee at 5:13 a.m.
“The suspect male stated he had a gun but it was not observed,” said Oliver RCMP Sgt. Don Wrigglesworth.
The suspect obtained a pack of cigarettes, an energy drink and a small amount of money, the officer stated.
Wrigglesworth said the man departed on foot. No injuries to staff were reported.
“Police Dog Services attended but was unable to locate the suspect.”
The suspect is described as approximately five feet, nine inches tall, wearing a grey toque, grey two-tone Fox jacket, blue pants and black shoes.
