She is survived by her blended family of seven children: Ken Fuller, Kathleen (Gordon) Woloshuk, Michael Watrich, Sandra (Steve) Barry, Deborah Watrich, Arthur Watrich and Marjorie (Kevin) Hivon.

Sheilagh is survived by eleven grandchildren: Amy Woloshuk, Casey (Caitlyn), Kurt (Carolynn) and Danielle Hivon, Brandon Watrich, Keith (Kristen) and Ryan Davis, Tiarra Barry, Tasha (Lorne) Novak-Sich, Kimberly (Dustin) Barthell and Clayton Mann.

Sheilagh is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren: Bennett Stumborg, Trevor Ackley, Ryker and Huxley Hivon, Grayson and Mya Davis, Grey and Reed Novak-Sich and Ryker, Clara and Emmerick Barthell. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law Rita Hallinan, Bernice Payne and Pat Massingham and brother-in-law Larry (Dianne) Watrich.

Sheilagh was predeceased by her loving husband of 33 years, Irv Watrich; by her parents George and Kathleen Hallinan and by her two brothers Phil and Bruce Hallinan.

Sheilagh was born in Princeton, BC, while living her young years nearby in Copper Mountain. The Hallinan family moved to Vancouver where she attended Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School. She raised two children, Ken and Kathy in Richmond. In 1980, she met the love of her life, Irv Watrich. They married in 1984 and blended two families with moves into Coquitlam then Langley. One rainy Lower Mainland weekend in 1999 found them traveling to Osoyoos, BC for a golf weekend which changed their lives. Within two months their Langley home was sold and their new lives began. These truly were the great years of their lives with wonderful friends in the Osoyoos community and snowbird joy in Arizona.

Sheilagh was a member of the Osoyoos Golf Club for twenty-two years and served roles in board directorship. Her time in Osoyoos lead to many great friendships, memories, joys and she will be missed by many.

A celebration of life will be held fittingly at the Osoyoos Golf Club on Sunday August 22, 2021 from 2:00 – 6:00 pm.

Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated in lieu of flowers.
